Ginger and Lemon Myrtle mixer
Just like your Lemon Myrtle syrup, it complements beautifully any stir-fry. The ginger brings the heat that is often find in Asian cooking. The lemon myrtle and its unique tangy flavour balances out the whole dish by adding an element of sweetness.
My personal favourite is to have it first thing in the morning with hot water. It gives me the kick start I need for my day! More ideas in our recipes' section.
Unlike a cordial where you need to add half of the bottle to get some taste, our mixer or premium syrups are a concentrate of flavours, so we advise a 1 part syrup to 10 to 12 part water dilution ratio. You can prepare at least 1.1 litre drink with the lovely bottle.
***Shake well before use. Keep in a dark, dry, cool place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.
