Tips & notes
The anise myrtle, also called aniseed myrtle or ringwood, is a tree from North East of New South Whales, the Syzygium anisatum. We use the mature leaves to handcraft our anise myrtle mixers.
Unlike a cordial, our mixers - premium syrups - are a concentrate of flavours. We advise a dilution of 1 part mixer to 10 to 12 part water. You can prepare at least 1.1 litre drink with this lovely bottle.
***Shake well before use. Keep in a dark, dry, cool place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.
